No regrets and i love that i was able to unlock immediately. It really worked and i was extremely hesitant. I've unlocked 8 different phones with UnlockBase, very easy and efficient. I can't think of a better way to purchase something. However, I applied for a refund from within the app itself and it was processed in less than a minute. Overall great experience and would not hesitate to use them again even if I just wanted to see if an old smartphone can be unlocked.

UnlockBase Reviews - I e-mailed unlockbase asking for further info but they instead issued a full refund without my asking for it. It then "successfully" unlocked my Sprint phone. I paid for and downloaded the unlockbase software. How ever not recommended at all for retailers. Order many unlocking for iPhone and cancel all after 2 weeks with no expectations. Other than that it was a terrific experience. Perhaps the instructions could be a bit clearer, especially for a layman like myself. Well, I've paid for the license, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do now. There is no feedback from the support team and the unlock did not work. The only reason It got 2 stars from me was because it got my refund quickly. No answer from the customer service ragarding to that, no information that it works only with windos computer.
